reducing inflammation. Take some water in a pan and boil it for 5 minutes. Add
some bay leaves in boiling water and boil it for next 10 minutes then allow it
to rest for 2 hours. After 2 hours, put water into a glass and drink 2-3 times
a day one hour before eating food. Take this drink for 3 days regularly then
take a gap of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks repeat it again for 3 days. This water

Mango Leaf
Mango leaves manage diabetes as it helps to reduce intestinal
