Major space stations and units, operating under the aegis of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) are as follows:-
Vikram Sarabhai Space Center
Vikram Sarabhai Space Center is located in Thumba, near Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, where work is done on schemes such as ASLB and GSLV, PSLV has been set up in a center to make it a success.

ISRO Satellite Center is located in Bangalore. This center is an expert in satellite technology. It operates ISRO's satellite projects. Here almost all the satellites of the country are built.

Space Application Center
The Space Usage Center is located in Ahmedabad. Here is the Resource & Development work for the use of space, the work of this center is also the implementation of satellite communication field tele-sensing and microwave tele-sensing programs. This center also enhances the New Delhi-based land center.
SHAR Center
This center is located on the eastern coast of Andhra Pradesh on Sriharikota Island. Launch vehicle and sounding rockets are launched from this center. At this center ISRO's "launch premises" and "solid fuel space booster plant" is located. Now the center has been named as Satish Dhawan Space Center.
Master Controller Facility
Hassan has a major controlling facility, this center is responsible for the operation of INSAT satellites.
ISRO Telemetry, Tracking and Command Communication Network
It provides telemetry, follow-up and order communication routes to Bangalore, Lucknow, Sriharikota, Car Nicobar, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mauritius's "ISRO launch vehicles" and satellite missions. Its headquarters are located in Bengaluru.
Liquid Propulsion Systems Center (LPSC)
Management System Center is located in Bengaluru Thiruvananthapuram and Mahendragiri. This center is implementing the process of launching of planes and launch of satellite and cryogenic operational phases and oxygen node systems.
ISRO Inertial System Unit
This center is located in Thiruvananthapuram. In this center, the concrete equipment and systems are implemented for satellites and launch vehicles.
Development and Educational Communication Unit
The Ahmedabad-based center is to undertake research in various research areas such as Doordarshan Program Development, Policy Studies, Social Technology Action, Social Science, Research Survey etc. for development and education communication.
National Remote Sensing Agency
Hyderabad based National Remote Sensing Agency is an autonomous institute of the Department of Space, where the acquisition and dispersal of remote sensing satellite data is done.
