How to Loose Belly Fat?

Workout is must because lazy body invites a wide variety of diseases to the body. That's why you should spend at least 15-20 minutes for doing workout in a day. For best results, do it daily in a proper manner and you will see tremendous changes in your belly fat within one week. There are some techniques to loose belly fat.

1. Warm Up

Warm up is very important before doing exercise so run at least 1-2 kilometers daily. After making a habit of running, run up to 3 kilometers daily. It will make your body warm and fit for doing exercises. So, begin your exercises by doing warm up first.


2. Crunches


Girl doing crunches in yogaAfter warm up, do crunches. Take a yoga mat and lie down on it. Now bend your knees and make some gap between your back and mat. Now join your hands and keep them behind your head and with the help of our hands we will do crunches. Do it for at least 30 seconds and if you are a beginner start doing with 10 seconds and take it up to 30 seconds. On doing this, you will feel tension around your stomach that means that specific part has started burning it's fat. These abdominal crunches helps in burning belly fat very effectively. To recover the energy, take the break of 10 to 15 seconds between two exercises.

3. Up and Down Planks


 Girl doing planks in yogaSit on your knees and hands. Now put weight of upper body part on your palms and stretch your legs behind. Now put your hands on the mat one by one keeping legs stretched. This planking is very important for burning belly fat. It not only reduces belly fat but also tones up the muscles and gives strength to the body. Do it for at least 30 seconds.

4. Mountain Climber


Mountain climber yoga by a girlTake the position like a climber. Put your hands on mat and stretch legs behind your body. Keep your neck and back straight. Now do it as if you are climbing mountain. It is very helpful in making your thigh fat less. You may feel problem doing this in starting but after some days you will enjoy this. 


5. Russian Twist


 Russian twist yoga by girlNow come to the last exercise which is Russian twist. Firstly Sit in a perfect 90 degree angle keeping legs straight and then bend your legs upside, slightly bend your back backwards and join you hands and take hands to left and right movements. This will affect your side bulges and burn fat over there. 

This was your last exercise and now take rest for 5 minutes.
